I’m A Celeb star Jack Maynard seen on dating app after hinting he’s hoping for Toff romance
I'M A Celebrity's Jack Maynard is using a dating app to find love after being sacked from the show for his abusive online posts and inappropriate messages to fans.
The shamed YouTube star, 23 - who is thought to have been pursuing the show's winner Georgia "Toff" Toffolo - has a profile on Bumble, an app where female users are invited to approach the males.
On his profile he describes himself as an "entertainer and YouTube" and mentions which school he went to, and he's also linked it to his Instagram page where he has 828,000 followers.
His photographs show him posing in designer gear and a pair of gold-rimmed sunglasses.
No mention is made of I'm A Celeb on the short profile, which has been photo verified by app bosses, confirming it's not an imitator.
Jack's time in the jungle was ended abruptly following the revelations he sent homophobic and racist tweets, as well as joking about rape.
It also came out when he left the show that he had asked for nude photos of a girl of 14 when he was 16 - though he claims he did not know the age of the girl at the time.
The popular Brighton-based vlogger posted an apology video online after his ejection, saying: “I‘ve messed up. I’ve been really stupid in the past.
“I tweeted some bad things, some horrible things. Some pretty disgusting things that I’m just ashamed of.”
Three weeks on, Jack has confirmed he is messaging Toff on WhatsApp "every day" hoping to build on the rapport they formed on the show.
Asked this week if they had been in touch, he said: "Yeah, of course, I spoke to her earlier this morning.
"They're all flying back now. So I've been speaking to them in a lovely WhatsApp group with all of us."
Speaking on Lorraine recently, Jack also told of his intention to return to the jungle for a future series of the programme.
