FERNE McCann has revealed the secrets of her post-baby body by crediting healthy dinners and breastfeeding
for her weight loss.
The TV star has snapped back into shape since giving birth to daughter Sunday last month, but insists she's not been back to the gym.
Ferne, 27, welcomed her little girl on November 2, and she is already looking trim just weeks after giving birth.
But the reality regular is adamant she's not been working out.
She has put her svelte figure down to eating healthy dinners cooked by her mum and says she has been losing weight by breastfeeding.
During an appearance on Lorraine today, Ferne said: "Breastfeeding definitely helps.
"I feel like this skirt is covering up a few sins but I'm not going to the gym.
"[And I've been eating] mum's healthy sinners."
Ferne has moved back in with her mum since Sunday was born after struggling to cope on her own.
During her chat on Lorraine today, Ferne thanked her mum for helping her out so much over the last few weeks.
She said: "She's been a huge support for me and Sunday - she's doing all the cooking and all the cleaning."
Ferne is raising her daughter as a single mum after splitting from the baby's dad, convicted acid attacker Arthur Collins, before she was born.

She also told Lorraine how she has been coping on her own.
The This Moring regular said: "I surrounded myself by all my friends and family.
"I don't want to talk about it [Arthur's crimes] I don't want to dwell on it. I want to look to the future."
She was also seen crying about facing life as a single mum in a clip from her new one-off reality show.
