Netflix reveals users’ bizarre obsession with A Christmas Prince and asks ‘Who hurt you?’
The streaming service calls out "the 53 users" who have watched the film over and over again
NETFLIX has revealed users’ bizarre obsession with A Christmas Prince and asked "Who hurt you?"
In a strangely personal tweet, the streaming site revealed how some subscribers have been watching their festive film over and over again.
Taking to Twitter Netflix said: "To the 53 people who've watched A Christmas Prince every day for the past 18 days: Who hurt you?"
A Christmas Prince is an original Netflix movie that debuted last month and stars little known Rose McIver and Ben Lamb.
The movie is a feel-good holiday romance about a young reporter asked to go undercover as a tutor, in order to gain an inside scoop on a playboy prince.
But after falling in love with him, she questions whether she'll be able to keep her lie to herself.
And it looks like the film has been a big hit... amongst some users.
But what was even more odd about the tweet, was Netflix's reply, when one users questioned why they were "calling people out?"
To which the online streaming service replied: "I just want to make sure you're okay"
This then promoted the same user to reply: "You're not my mum"
To which Netflix said: "Ok sweetie"

The post also made some users question how much Netflix is "watching us".
One person tweeted: "Big Brother is watching you, and he’s worried about your emotional health TBH."
While another said: "1. sick burn. 2. this is creepy AF."
This is just one of many festive films Netflix has to offer this Christmas with Jingle All the Way, Deck The Halls, Nativity and Arthur Christmas all available to watch now.
