I’m A Celebrity fans rejoice as Georgia Toffolo is crowned the winner

Made In Chelsea star couldn’t hide her shock as Ant and Dec declared she was Queen of the jungle after nine million people voted in tonight's final

GEORGIA Toffolo was crowned the winner of I’m A Celebrity 2017 tonight, much to the delight of viewers.

They went wild as the 23-year-old was named the Queen of the jungle after nine million people cast their votes.

There was uproar at the start of the show, with fans furious after Iain Lee was voted out before Jamie Lomas. 

The former Hollyoaks star was gracious in defeat and told Ant and Dec Toff deserved to win the show more than anyone.

Reality babe Toff was initially speechless when the Geordie duo announced she had won.

As the news started to sink in, she finally told them: “I don’t know what to say. Obviously, I didn’t think anyone would like me, never mind… sorry, I’m really taken aback.

She looked stunned as last year’s winner Scarlett Moffatt passed her the crown

“Thank you so much, I don’t know what to say, I’m really shocked! Sorry! Is this real?”

Toff’s flower crown was handed over to her by last year’s winner Scarlett Moffatt, who struggled to hold in her tears.

Scarlett said: “I feel like crying for you. It’s girls like you that make me feel so proud to be a young woman. You did it for all of us girls in there, proper girl power.”

Speaking on Extra Camp, Toff said her favourite part of the whole experience was, “going down and getting water with Stanley,” because of the “amazing chats” they had.

On hearing the news, former jungle Queen Vicky Pattison sent her congratulations and said on Instagram: “Well done you little beauty!! @toffgeorgia a very well deserved win!!

“Your bravery, positivity, humour and charm have secured you a place in the jungle hall of fame and in the nations hearts!! I am thrilled for you!!

“Enjoy the journey you’re about to go on beauty- you’ll smash it I’m sure!”

Former jungle queen Vicky Pattison also showed her support for Toff

I’m A Celebrity fans bombarded Toff with messages of support after she won, with one tweeting: “YES! QUEEN!”

A second wrote: “Congratulations @ToffTalks you’re the queen of the jungle & you totally deserve it as you’ve been amazing!!!

A third commented: “Yey well done Toff! So glad she won!”

All her campmates were there to watch her triumph

All of Toff’s former campmates were there to watch her romp to victory.

Jennie McAlpine said: “Such a well deserved winner. I’ve never met anyone like you, you’re amazing.”

Toff’s best pal, former MEP Stanley added: “I knew she was going to make it, I said right from the start, Toff’s the one.”

For weeks Toff has been the bookies favourite to win the show, after winning the nation’s heart with her sunny personality and positive nature.

Although she was the lowest paid star, Toff is going to make millions off the back of I’m A Celebrity

Her unlikely friendship with Stanley also made her a firm fan favourite and the pair have promised to always keep in touch.

Although Toff was the lowest paid celebrity, with a fee of just £13,000, she is set to make millions after leaving the show.

Fans have even called for her to be made Prime Minister after she wowed them with an impassioned speech about gender equality.

Toff described The Snakes Are High Bushtucker Trial as the worst she had to endure during her time in camp.

She explained: “It was the most horrendous thing I’ve ever done. It was truly awful.”

Toff also admitted she had learnt a lot during her time in the jungle and said she would remember it forever.
