DENNIS Wise has claimed he was edited to look like a ‘bully’ during his time on I’m A Celebrity.
The former footballer claims that scenes where he and Iain were chatting, hugging and even kissing were not shown.
And he believes his bad boy footballer past played a part on how he was portrayed, insisting he does have a great relationship with Iain Lee.
He told the : “Unfortunately in life you get goodies and the baddies – and I am a baddie.”
He continued: “My relationship with Iain is fine. I am not a person who likes bullying. I am a person who says what I think and I am working from a competitive angle. I have always been in this team element.
“Iain knows the situation and Iain is comfortable with it. Iain has spent time on his own when he needed to. You don’t hear everything or see everything.”
Dennis previously said he was “shocked” to discover that viewers felt he was bullying Iain - after he told Iain he shouldn’t do a Bushtucker trial, in case he failed, because he wasn’t good enough.
In an interview with Good Morning Britain, Dennis even revealed plans for the pair to meet up back in the UK.
He confessed: “I was shocked. I have got tickets for him and his kids to go to Chelsea.”
He continued to insist they were in fact good pals as he dished up details of their off-camera conversations and added: “We are going to his new talk show, then all of us are going to go to Amir’s boxing in February, when he’s got his first fight.
