I’M a Celebrity’s Georgia Toffolo reveals her weight loss after weeks off living off a diet of rice and beans.
This year’s contestants have dropped over six stone between them since going into the jungle.
ITV bosses make sure the stars have enough food to sustain them in the jungle and they are monitored throughout the experience.
But as sweet treats and alcohol are limited this year’s stars have lost a lot of weight.
Their lack of success in some of the Bushtucker Trials means the stars have also not feasted as well as celebrities taking part in previous years.
Following his exit, Stanley Johnson admitted he had lost 1.5 stone during his time in camp.
He said: “I can tell you something, I went down from 91kilos to 82kilos, which I can tell you is 12st 9lb, and I haven’t been that weight since 1954 and I want to keep it that way.
“Mind you, it’s a complicated way of losing weight.
“Worth doing though, I really enjoyed it.”
Christopher Biggins famously lost a whopping two stone during his stint back in 2007, while in 2014 newsreader Michael Buerk lost 17lbs.
A source said: “On average each celebrity loses 11lbs, Most of this would be put back on within three weeks.
“Because the celebrities are eating healthy organic vegetables and meat, the body readily absorbs this so they make sure the meat is heavy in protein and the fruit and veg heavy in minerals, vitamins and glucose.
