Who's on The One Show tonight?
Monica Galetti
Monica Galetti has enjoyed a glittering career as a chef, and goes from strength to strength as a TV personality.
After starting at two-Michelin-star restaurant Le Gavroche in 1999 as a commis chef, she worked her way up to be Michel Roux Jr's senior sous chef, before departing in 2015.
She was the first woman to land a senior role in the kitchens of the prestigious establishment.
Earlier this year, Monica unveiled her own restaurant – called Mere, in Fitzrovia – with her husband David.
Since 2009, she has been a judge on Masterchef: The Professionals, reducing contestants to gibbering wrecks with her trademark uncompromising high standards.
This year, she also presented the six-part BBC show Amazing Hotels alongside journalist and food critic Giles Coren.
Marcus Wareing
Marcus Wareing is a world-leading chef and restaurateur who has been a Masterchef: The Professionals judge since 2014.
He started working in the food industry when he was just 11, packing potatoes and helping his dad with deliveries.
The 47-year-old met Gordon Ramsay when working for Albert Roux at Le Gavroche, and went on to become the foul-mouthed Scot's sous chef and protege – working with him for 15 years.
Marcus is now the Chef Patron at the two-Michelin-starred Marcus in Knightsbridge, and also runs The Gilbert Scott at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel and Tredwells in the West End.
Who's on The City of Culture 2021 shortlist?
There are five cities currently shortlisted for the 2021 UK City of Culture competition.
Stoke-on-Trent, Swansea, Sunderland, Coventry and Paisley are all hoping to claim the crown.
Paisley is the favourite to win, according to Ladbrokes, with odds of 5/4.
Swansea is second at 3/1, followed by Coventry at 4/1 and Sunderland at 6/1.
Stoke comes last in the bookies rankings at 8/1.
Each city hopes to benefit from an economic boost fuelled by greater tourism and increased confidence in local businesses.
Not to mention the £3million Heritage Lottery Fund grant that comes with victory.
What time is The One Show on and who is presenting?
