I’m A Celeb’s Toff won’t be crowned queen of the jungle ‘cos she’s too posh’, says her Celebs Go Dating pal

CELEBS Go Dating star London Hughes has revealed that she doesn't think Georgia Toffolo will win I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here - because she's too middle class.

The 28-year-old comedian, who's about to appear on Celebs Go Dating, admitted that she didn't think that the blonde campmate could take the jungle crown as her posh persona could put people off.

In conversation with The Sun Online and Toff's Made in Chelsea pal Ollie Locke, she said: "I don’t think she’ll win, only because, I mean she deserves to, but with I’m a Celeb, it’s all for the working class, baby.

"Everyone that’s won - working class."

However, Ollie jumped to the defence of his friend, and immediately labelled her "top three" material.

He said: "Can I just say? That I know this sounds silly, but I’ve met Toff’s dad before and he’s like “alright, son, how ya doin’?”

"And so you sit there and just like...I mean Toff’s persona is a lot more than what she is. She’s a Torquay girl, her parents had a bit of trouble with some stuff, some like financial trouble, but it’s not my place to say."

However, he did admit that he felt her uber-posh on screen character was more than likely put on in order to fit in with those around her - at least to begin with.

Ollie added: "Her character is a lot more posh than she actually is. Not in a personal way, but I think her speaking voice has become a lot more Chelsea-fied living in Chelsea but she’s a really down, salt-of-the-earth bird."

However, he admitted that his pal may not be relatable because of her history on reality TV, and that could ultimately cost her the crown.

"I agree that your audience is ‘Debs from Bolton’," he said. "And I don’t know if that’s going to translate. But we’ll see."

I'm A Celebrity's Rebekah and Toff have to eat plateful of bugs in 45 seconds

London and Ollie's comments have come as Toff's odds have been slashed to become one of the favourites of the jungle.

And despite London's working class opinion on the I'm a Celeb voting style, it isn't entirely accurate, with previous winners including Margaret Thatcher's daughter, Carol Thatcher.

Paul Burrell, butler to Princess Diana, also made the final three, as did ex-Royal correspondent Jennie Bond as well.
