X Factor boss Simon Cowell presented with a Watford FC shirt by Rak-Su at footie match as Grace Davies heads home to Blackburn
The finalists were greeted to a heroes welcome as they returned to their homes ahead of the final of the ITV talent show this weekend.
X FACTOR stars Grace Davies and Rak-Su returned to a heroes’ welcome during their hometown tours over the past two days.
Simon Cowell joined his “manband-in-training” during their hometown tour, which saw them head to their old school yesterday before performing at Watford stadium.
Grabbing his last remaining act for dinner and a chat, the foursome – comprised of Myles, Ashley, Jamaal and Mustafa- presented their mentor with a parting gift – a Watford FC shirt.
Simon looked quite unsure at the gift, while the jokers cracked up at the look on his face.
Meanwhile in Blackburn, Grace was overwhelmed by the support she got from schoolchildren in her town after a crowd gathered near her house to wish her a huge welcome home.
Dozens of youngsters made the effort to come out and support her, and she was happy to spend time with them taking selfies and collecting the posters, letters and signs they had made in her honour.
She later returned home to her mum, dad and sister, and the group had an emotional reunion after weeks away in London during the final stages of the show.
Grace, who had previously revealed how much she missed her cats to The Sun Online, was then reunited with her furry friends who she smothered in kisses and cuddles.
Rak-Su, Grace and Kevin Davy White are just days away from discovering who will be taking home the crown as this year’s series of the ITV show comes to a close this weekend.
They will then all head-out on an arena tour across the UK with fellow semi-finalists Matt Linnen, Lloyd Macey and The Cutkelvins.
There will also be a wildcard seventh act added to the show, which will be voted for by the public via an exclusive poll by The Sun Online.
