Pregnant Faryal Makhdoom reunites with Amir Khan’s family after huge fallout to watch boxer in I’m A Celebrity
PREGNANT Faryal Makhdoom has sensationally buried the hatchet with love rat husband Amir Khan’s family following their very public fallout earlier this year.
In a video for BBC Radio Manchester, Faryal can be seen looking happy alongside Amir’s cousin Haroon and parents Sajjad and Falak as they watch the boxer in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The turnaround in the family dynamic is stark when compared to how it was in August, when Amir and Faryal’s marriage looked all but over.
In a shocking Twitter feud Amir announced their break-up, claiming his wife of four years had cheated on him with heavyweight boxer Anthony Joshua.
His family then told The Sun online how they were “hugely relieved” he ended it.
Hours later, Makhdoom claimed her Twitter account had been hacked and deleted all trace of the row on her Twitter – except two tweets directly to Khan in which she branded him a “cheater”.
They have since reconciled and it has been reported that the pair are planning on renewing their wedding vows as they look forward to the arrival of their second child together.
In the new video, glamorous Faryl is relieved when Amir avoids being chosen for a trial.
She said: “Thank God!”
His dad Sajjad told the camera: “You know something when he goes in fights it’s tense.
“When he gets picked in a challenge we want to see and we’re always on the edge of our seats.”
Keen that viewers were able to see a different side to Amir, Faryal said: “We were so happy to see him on TV and go on the show because we want people to see the real Amir we know.
“On TV it’s what you really see of him and hes just that humble sweet guy.”
The clip inside the Khans’ home was shared by Amir official Instagram account with a post which read: “At home with the Khans… Was great to have @inzyrashid join the family to watch an episode of @imacelebrity! #TeamAK #ImACeleb @BBCRadioManc.”
The clip got a mixed response from fans, with some praising Amir and the family while others thought it was a publicity stunt.
Followers wrote: “I think Amir is funny and to be honest he’s doing better than I thought with the trials.
“Making fun of family letting know every one ur family problems ..and then get back together…thats is known as cheap popularity method .m.f
“Keeping up with the khans coming soon. This family is so money hungry & attention seeking. Talk about publicity stunt of the year.
“He will be so happy to see the family together.”
