Kelly appeared on the show to reveal her husband has transformed into a person she no longer recognises - a cross-dresser with a penchant for sex lines and fetish clubs
VIEWERS were left shocked by this morning's The Jeremy Kyle Show after a woman pleaded with her "out of control" husband to stop attending kinky sex parties.
Kelly appeared on the show because her husband of 14 years, Robert, has developed a new alter-ego, Clementine, and adopted a hedonistic new lifestyle that sees him regularly dress up as a woman and have affairs behind her back.
Kelly says her husband's behaviour came out of nowhere - and before he started wearing make-up and dressing up as a woman, they had sex every day.
She told Jezza how her husband regularly runs up £150 bills by calling sex lines and often goes to fetish parties without her. She says he once asked her to walk him around the bedroom with a lead on.
Kelly said: "He says to me, 'Clementine is a part of me now'. And I say 'What about me?' Because I'm feeling very insecure. He does what he does and that's it. I don't know him anymore!"
But Kelly isn't giving up, saying: "I want to fight for our marriage!"
Jeremy then shows Kelly a picture of her husband in full make-up, and she looks devastated.
Jezza introduced Robert to the stage, and an emotional Kelly has to leave. Jezza tells Robert the issue isn't with his cross-dressing - but the fact Kelly is devastated because she doesn't understand what's going on.
Robert then goes backstage to comfort Kelly, and says: "I want our relationship to work! I'm scared that our relationship will end because of who I am... or what I've grown into.
"I want you to understand. I want you to accept who I am."
Jeremy then points out that it isn't all about what he wants, and encourages Kelly to tell him how she feels about his actions.
Kelly said: "I'm depressed because of what you're doing. I'm insecure. I don't know who you are anymore. You're killing me."
Graham, the show's psychologist, then asked Robert what he wants Kelly to accept.
Robert said he wants her to accept the cross dressing, telling her: "I like the feel of cross-dressing. I feel happy as Clementine. I feel as though it's a strain... it's a chore being Robert."
Kelly says she can't accept Robert's new way of life.
She said: "I don't like what he's doing. I don't hate him, I just don't like what he's doing."
Robert said: "I don't cross-dress in front of her!"
Jeremy's viewers were also shocked by what they were hearing, taking to Twitter to make their feelings known.
