The Bedazzled actress was guest of honour at the event and she turned heads in a plunging black gown.
The 52-year-old looked stunning as she attended the festival in Egypt on Tuesday.
She made sure all eyes were on her by stepping out in an elegant black gown with a low-cut neckline, accessorised with a silver necklace and matching hoop earrings.
Her make-up was kept natural with just a touch of blush on her cheeks and a slick of nude lipstick.
Liz is clearly enjoying being back at work after posting glamorous shots from her latest holiday earlier this month.
Liz recently headed to India for a sun-soaked break and she shared a snap of herself lying beside the pool wearing a see-through pink kaftan.
She posted the glamorous holiday snap to Instagram and it racked up more than 30,000 likes in the first 24 hours.
The trip was her latest luxury holiday this year after a series of fun-packed getaways with her son Damian, 15.
The pair recently returned from a relaxing holiday in the Maldives.
