I’m A Celebrity fans convinced Jack Maynard’s brother Conor will replace him in the jungle after he tweets he’s ‘happy to cover for him’
Singer Conor tweeted that he would be happy to take part in any trials just hours before his brother Jack got booted off the show
I’M A Celebrity fans are convinced that Jack Maynard’s brother Conor will replace him in the jungle.
YouTuber Jack, 22, was booted off the popular ITV show yesterday after The Sun revealed a series of derogatory comments he had made on social media in the past, and it emerged that he had been accused of sending inappropriate messages to a female fan.
Now fans of the show are calling for his older brother, singer Conor to take his place – and it seems the 26-year-old would be more than happy to fill his brother’s jungle boots.
Just hours before it was announced that Jack’s three day jungle stint had come to a crashing end, Conor tweeted: “Hey #ImACeleb ... if there’s any Bushtucker trials Jack doesn’t want to do, I’d be happy to.. “cover”.. for him. #JungleJack.”
The singer, who was making a joke about how many cover songs he does, was inundated with messages from his followers.
One person wrote: “That was so damn lame but petition for Conor to go in the jungle #ImACeleb #JungleJack.”

Another commented: “Might as well cover for him now by going into the jungle mate, silly to see him go #ImACeleb.”
While someone else tweeted him: “You taking his place?”
Yesterday The Sun reported how the YouTube star had been axed after racist and homophobic tweets he had posted before appearing on the show came to light.
TV sources also confirmed further allegations were made about Jack, which were 'the straw that broke the camel's back'.
It was felt they couldn't risk anything else coming out and thought he needed to be out of the jungle to defend himself. They have yet to decide whether they will replace him.
