Kerry Katona turns to new BFF Lisa Appleton for help getting a sexy body to find a new man
KERRY Katona has turned to her best friend Lisa Appleton to help get a sexy new body.
The Atomic Kitten singer and Big Brother star Lisa, 49, have bonded in recent weeks and Kerry is now looking to Lisa for fitness advice.
Prior to appearing on reality TV, Lisa was known for being a body builder and she’s taken it upon herself to help recently single Kerry, 37, get back to her best.
A source told : “Lisa loves spending time with Kerry. She has a fitness background, so Kerry is planning to work out with her over the next few years.
“She says Lisa is her secret weapon to help her achieve a sexy new body. Kerry wants her abs back and is planning to start a new slimming aid business.”
They added: “Lisa’s giving advice on weight lifting and Kerry’s been exercising regularly. She’s been eating a lot of quinoa and drinking juices to feel good, inside and out.”
Kerry is no stranger to fitness regimes and over the years she’s tried a whole manner of things to help her get in shape as she’s fluctuated between a 16 and a size eight.
Lisa has also undergone her own transformation since she rose to fame, going from a size 12 to a 16 and then back again.
She recently splashed out £7,000 on surgery, while Kerry also had a non-invasive lip session earlier this year, as well as a bum lift earlier this month.
Mum-of-five Kerry is currently single following her split from James English just two months after they went public with their romance.
She has thrown herself into spending time with family and friends, turning to Lisa for support.
The pals recently got together to assemble a bed together, with Kerry gushing: "Who needs a f***ing man? Check us out, we got Lisa in the house. We got Rosie in the house, we got Kerry in the house. What up, what up!"
