DENNIS Wise showed off his rippling biceps and honed sports star frame as he led the lads in tonight's I'm A Celeb jungle shower.
The ex Chelsea ace gave an eyeful of his lean, mean figure as he took a dip under the ITV show's iconic waterfall.
In the second day of camp, it was the male contestants' chance to get bug-free and squeaky clean, albeit temporarily.
Dennis, who yesterday relished a daredevil skydive into the leafy rainforest Down Under, looked to take the freezing cold water in his stride and didn't hesitate becoming immersed.
He ran his hands through his hair as he washed his locks before dousing his entire face in the steady stream of water.
Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas followed suit, giving fans a glimpse of his arm tattoo.
He was joined by blogger Jack Maynard, who wore a tropical pair of blue and white trunks, and boxer Amir Khan.
They looked a little less keen to get wet, standing around chatting as the actor took his shower.
Amir, 30, then braved up as he stood in the make-shift bathroom with his mates for company.

A camp bromance seemed well and truly on the way - and showed Amir in slightly nicer spirits after failing his bushtucker trial earlier that day.
The boxer proved not to be the biggest fans of critters, or even know what one was, so found himself struggling in the middle of a termite cave.
In the first Bushtucker Trial of the series, he said the dreaded "I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here" after pulling a snake out of a hole and running petrified.
As a result, NONE of the camp mates were given a decent meal for the evening - leaving them all on rice and bean rations.
