His career began when he performed stand-up comedy across venues in London.

How tall is Iain Lee and who's his wife?
Iain is a big guy, measuring 6ft 3inches.
He is married to Helena and has two children aged seven and five.
Iain didn't tell his children that he was going into the jungle for fear of the news spreading around the playground!
When did Iain enter the I'm A Celebrity jungle?
ITV producers were keen to shake up things this year and brought Iain in as the final star to go into the jungle.
A source said: "Iain isn't afraid to speak his mind.
“He regularly rants and raves on his TalkRadio show and his listeners should expect the same from him in the jungle.
"He's very much in the mould of Danny Baker, who was also a late arrival.
“He will not bite his tongue and is sure to break the harmonious camp's current mood very quickly. Expect fireworks."
Iain surprised fans and pundits by reaching the show's final, coming third.
Did Iain Lee fake emotions when he was in the jungle?
Iain recently admitted that he played up to the cameras during an eating trial.
He ate a pig's genitals in the last Bushtucker Trial of the latest series and says he played up to the cameras.
On his first talkRADIO show since coming out of the ITV show, he told a caller: “Can I let you into a secret? The eating trial wasn’t that bad.
“I was kind of hamming it up a bit.
“It wasn’t that bad. The tastes weren’t that bad. What it was, it was the texture.
“The pig’s fanny was fine – it was not a problem at all. It was tiny.
“The worst one was the camel’s brain. And when I think of it, I can still feel something rising in my chest.
"That was thoroughly unpleasant.”
Iain was also accused of being "fake" by fellow contestant Rebekah Vardy in the jungle "bullying" row.
What has Iain Lee said about his mental health struggles?
The TalkRADIO host first opened up about his mental illness in 2015 and was managing it through medication and meditation.
Iain revealed this February that ITV are paying for him to see a psychotherapist after he compared his I'm A Celebrity experience to taking hallucinogenic drug LSD.
The presenter made the shock comparison during a discussion about mental health on his radio show.
In May 2018, for the first time, Iain spoke about what he thinks first triggered his depression.
The comedian turned radio host says he was sexually abused as a child by a Scout master and believes it led to him taking anti-depressants and even considering suicide.
Iain makes the shocking claim on Channel 5’s Me and My Mental Health documentary.
He said: “A lot of my depression comes around self-loathing, shame and guilt. How do I say this? There was a bit of sexual abuse that went on as a kid. A scout master and stuff, which kind of weighed heavily on me.
“It is the most horrendous messed-up scenario, it was humiliating and it was shameful, and I remember getting home to my mum and dad and never telling them. I never told them.
“I think it certainly played a part in my depression, what happened to me at the age of eight. I can see that as the starting point for it. Because up until then the memories I do have are generally quite happy.
“Now I feel embarrassed and ashamed talking about it, it was 35 years ago.”
