Catherine Zeta Jones puckers up to father-in-law Kirk Douglas, 100, at a gala dinner in LA
The 48-year-old looked delighted to see her father-in-law as she attended the bash with her husband Michael.
CATHERINE Zeta Jones gave her 100-year-old father-in-law Kirk Douglas a kiss on the lips as they attended a gala dinner together last night.
The 48-year-old showed just how well she gets on with her husband Michael’s dad as they put on a close display at the Legacy of Vision Gala in Los Angeles.
Catherine looked as stunning as ever as in a blue satin dress, which worked well with her dark brown locks.
The actress, who has been married to Michael for 17 years, was clearly delighted to see Kirk as she made her way over to where he was sitting.
After planting a smacker on him, she sat beside Kirk and the pair engaged in what looked like a fascinating conversation.
Catherine was also joined at the bash by hubby Michael and her stepson Cameron, 38 .
The actress has been making more regular red carpet-style appearances lately, including one at a Cannes event and one with her daughter in New York.
Fans have been stunned by her apparently natural smooth face, which she's also showed off in a naked, make-up-free bed selfie.
She's also been asked to comment on the backlash against sex pest Harvey Weinstein, the producer who she worked with on Chicago - for which she won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress.
Catherine says Harvey never made advances on her and told : "I’m blessed because it happens to so many women all the time."
Asked whether she thinks this will be the end of Weinstein's career, she added: “I hope that the fall from grace that this man has had - you’re never too big to fail - is a lesson to all those who have questioned if this behaviour is acceptable....
"I think the attention is due and I really believe that if this is not the tipping point, it’s at least some kind of turning point.”
She added: “That big old dinosaur of people who think a man is able to get away with that behaviour and has been getting away with it for years, is extinct as of now.”
