ANT McPartlin put on a brave face as he waved at cameras while walking his dog following his recent stay in rehab.
The national treasure - who went to rehab earlier this year to fight his addiction to prescription painkillers and alcohol - looked happy and healthy as he stepped out on Thursday.
Looking rejuvenated and trim, Ant did his best to remain upbeat as he walked his dog in the park before flying to Australia for I'm A Celebrity.
Wrapping up against the winter cold in a grey jumper and black scarf, Ant stepped up his pace on his stroll with his beloved pooch Hurley.
Shielding himself against the winter cold, he kept warm in a black baseball cap.
His faithful dog remained by his side during their relaxing stroll.
It's little wonder Ant is in good spirits after his co-presenter and pal Declan Donnelly visited him at home earlier this week.
As the Geordie duo prepare to head off Down Under for their hit show I'm A Celeb, Dec caught up with Ant at his marital home in London.
It comes as The Sun reported that Ant and his wife Lisa's relationship has become strained.
The couple - who have been married for 11 years - are said to be leading separate lives.
Lisa has apparently been living separately to her husband after he moved into a rented house nearby.
Ant has moved out of the couple's £6 million mansion and into a £1.6 million rented house a few streets away - so he can still be close to his beloved labrador Hurley.
A source said: “Ant is spending time apart from Lisa - he’s said he needs space and everyone respects that.
“They are effectively leading separate lives while he re-evaluates everything.”
Despite currently living apart, Ant and Lisa are still on good terms.
“It’s going to be a make or break few weeks as they decide how they feel about each other."
