Bake Off winner Candice Brown pulls on her skates for Dancing On Ice rehearsals – and looks pretty confident on the ice
CANDICE Brown has been snapped looking very nifty indeed during her latest Dancing On Ice training session, suggesting she'll do well in the 2018 contest.
The 2016 Great British Bake Off winner, who was snapped having a kiss with Paul Hollywood at the Pride Of Britain Awards last week, was seen soaring across the ice rink hands-free.
Candice, who has denied anything is going on between her and Scouse judge Paul, kept her hair in a bun and was wearing hand covers to protect her palms in case she fell over.
But it didn't look like the 32-year-old was in danger of doing that as she was gliding with ease in her professional skating leggings and a pink jumper, plus a scarf to keep cosy.
Before she was confirmed for Dancing On Ice, Candice announced she's engaged to her ex-lag boyfriend Liam Macaulay.
But after her rendez-vous with 51-year-old Paul - which saw onlookers mistake her for his wife - it seemed the pair had some explaining to do.
Paul shrugged off the reports as "incredible" on Twitter, after Candice posted a tweet reading: "No kisses or hugs hello or goodbye from now on- handshakes or waves only!"
However, seeing as Paul famously cheated on his wife with his American co-star Marcela Valladolid, questions were bound to be raised about the duo's relationship.
However, another reality TV victor - Kem Cetinay, of Love Island - has admitted today that he is "really, really struggling" with his training and has to use a "zimmer" on the ice.
Wannabe rapper Kem told Lorraine he's already had many nasty falls, leaving him with tons of bruises, and he's even using special stabiliser called a penguin on the ice - the only celeb to do so.
The former Essex hairdresser, who won Love Island 2017 with Amber Davies, was one of the first celebs announced for the ITV reboot.
He was seen training on the rink alongside Bake Off champ Candice Brown recently, looking less-than-relaxed - and it's no surprise considering how well he's doing so far.
When Lorraine Kelly asked if he had ever ice skated before, the star sighed and replied: "No."
He went on: "I'm not gonna lie - it's really hard, and I'm really, really struggling."
Poor Kem can't even say he's in the same boat as the other show contenders like Candice, rugby star Max Evans and X Factor star Jake Quickenden at the moment either.
He explained: "I've seen everyone else, they're doing all these moves and cross-overs.
"My trainer just told me 'Some people are natural, some people are not, and you're not'."
Kem was on Lorraine with his best friend, Love Island co-star and fellow aspiring rapper Chris Hughes, who then forced Kem to admit he'd been using a "stabiliser", called a penguin, on the ice.
This prompted Lorraine to ask: "Ooh is it like a zimmer?!"
Kem replied: "Yeah and I'm wondering if they'll let me take it out on to the ice with me on the first show....
"I can't get the hang of putting one foot forward then the other, because I'm used to walking."
