Jennie McAlpine is a British actress best known for her work on ITV soap Coronation Street.
The 34-year-old was born in February 1984 in Manchester.
She is of Scottish and Irish descent and is a devoted fundraiser for several charities helping people with mental health issues.
At the age of 13, Jennie turned to comedy and was twice crowned runner-up in the Young Comedian of the Year competition.
