LISA Appleton flashes her bum as she takes a perilous, drunken ride on a bike - before falling on to a pile of rubbish bags.

The former Big Brother star also flashed her red lace thong, cavorted with a bush and kissed her female pal during the calamitous episode on her latest night out in Mayfair, London.

Exhibitionist Lisa, who recently had all-over plastic surgery to streamline her figure, was wearing a skintight black, wet-look mini-dress.

And despite showing off her figure, it wasn't an ideal outfit for riding a stranger's unsuspecting bike - which she couldn't even ride, as it was chained up.

As Lisa, 49, rolled up the dress she raised her legs in the air she showed off her pants to snappers nearby.

But worse was to come for the outrageous reality star, who recently flashed her boobs on Halloween when she dressed as a nurse.

Lisa, who had to be bandaged up "like a mummy" for her "Bond girl body" surgery this year, had to be held on to by her pal while she took to the bike.

However, she wasn't able to stop the frequently-nude star tumbling over and falling right on a huge pile of full bin bags.

Losing her footing in her heels, Lisa went straight off the bike and on to a collection of white bags full of stinky garbage.

Lisa is a huge fan of takeaway food, and was even kicked out of a hotel for bringing a stag and hen back for a feast recently.

But squashed between a pile of pizza boxes was an undignified place to be, even for Lisa.

Luckily for Lisa she was helped by her mate who pulled her back up on to her feet - after a fair bit of wailing on the floor.

But the antics didn't stop there as Lisa was soon getting intimate with a nearby bush outside a posh office building, grinding against the foliage with abandon.

The only thing missing from this night out was a sausage, though Lisa was acting like a very silly sausage herself.

Lisa recently shocked fans by sharing childhood snaps showing she used to be a sweet little girl - around the same time she posed almost nude on a beach to mock Kate Upton's tumble from the rocks.

The former body builder, who was on Big Brother in 2008 with then-boyfriend Mario Marconi, has remarkably managed to stay in the limelight for almost ten years.

And her pulling power is strong as this year she was even seen having a passionate kiss with Danniella Westbrook's son Kai, 20.

But clearly she felt she needed a confidence boost as she  underwent major "body" plastic surgery costing £10,000 in the summer.

The Big Brother star was pictured with bandages on her face for weeks after the treatments but says it was worth it as she now looks "20 years younger".

Revealing her body transformation to Closer magazine, Lisa, 49, said she has also dropped from a size 16 to a size 12 and is loving her new look.

She said: "I look 20 years younger now! I look like a sexy Bond Girl and I could definitely give Sophie Anderton a run for her money!"
