DANCING On Ice stars Kem Cetinay and Candice Brown looked to have mastered their first steps on the rink - but the same perhaps can't be said for Monty Panesar.
The first images showing the celebrities training for the hit ITV show have been released, and see the cricketer looking VERY nervy as he makes his way between two strips of brightly-coloured cones.
The sports star - dubbed the Turbanator by fans - clenched his jaw in concentration as he tentatively skated down the parallel route.
In what looked to be a tricky task, he was forced to crouch down during part of his journey before standing up straight and keeping his balance.
He was later joined by an instructor as they perfected the move.
Meanwhile on the other side of the ice, Love Island hunk Kem looked like he'd burst straight out of Frozen.
The reality TV star looked ice-cool in a black hoodie and grey track pants, with his hair tied in a top bun.
He enjoyed a giggle with his tutor before he got stuck into the task in hand, expertly balancing on his right leg while he raised his left, and spread out his arms in an eagle pose.
Kem, who is dating Love Island co-star Amber Davies, then switched legs before travelling backwards in a squat-style move.
Signalling his intent to master the sport he remained fully concentrated throughout.
Meanwhile Bake Off winner Candice, who switched frosting for well, the actual frost, gave the first glimpse of her attempts to be an ice queen.
She made sure to look stylish on the ice in jazzy printed leggings as she skated over for a chat with Monty.
She too got stuck into practicing for the programme, which will return in the New Year, and couldn't keep the smile off her face as she skated to the middle of the ring without assistance.
Candice seemed confident as she spread out her arms and was later joined by her tutor for further advice.
Talking of competing on the DOI re-vamp, Monty has said: "This is a great opportunity to keep myself fit and motivated and try a different sport. I’m looking forward to it, it’s going to be very exciting."
Speaking about signing up to the competition, Candice said “It's nerve wracking.
“I start my training today. I take my first steps on the ice later on. My friends call me Bambi on Ice and that's just normal day to day!”
