The 30-year-old American certainly showed why she had been crowned the winner, wearing a daring see-through dress and black underwear.
With it being a British publications event, it was no surprise to see some of the biggest British stars there, with Oscar winner Kate Winslet attending in a black wrap style dress.
With her hair pulled back and in a sweeping side parting, the 42-year-old looked the picture of elegance as she chatted to fellow actress Carey Mulligan.
Kate also had the honour of presenting Jodie Foster with the Inspiration Award as well as picking up the British Actress of the Year Award.
Meanwhile Carey, 32, won the Philanthropist Award and looked lovely as she accepted it in an off the shoulder check print dress.
Despite it being a night celebrating women, a number of famous men were in attendance, including Sam Smith who looked dapper in a green suit and funky shirt.
Dominic Cooper was also all smiles as he attended in a stylish and slightly unusual navy suit.
Also flying the flag for Britain was Victoria actress Jenna Coleman, who wore a delicate lace dress with a plunging keyhole neckline.
Meanwhile British model Erin O'Connor showed off her statuesque frame in a black long sleeved sheer dress with pretty purple, blue and yellow flowers on it, while actress Hayley Atwell chose a red feather dress.
