Gemma Collins signs up for Celebs Go Dating in a bid to find true love after Arg – but she’s already got her eye on dating expert Eden Blackman
GEMMA Collins has already picked herself up following her heartbreak over Towie co-star James Argent by signing up to Celebs Go Dating.
The reality star believes the show could be the answer to all her romance woes and she is hopeful she could end up finding her happy ever after.
The series sees relationship gurus Eden Blackman and Nadia Essex dish out love advice to single celebrities before they go on a series of dates with members of the public.
Gemma, 36, is said to be thrilled at the prospect and is prepared to take it very seriously, but there is one slight issue.
A source revealed to The Sun Online: "Gemma can't wait to start filming - she's completely putting herself in the dating experts' hands as she's determined to find true love on the show.
"She's not going to mess around - she knows they're the top people who can find her a man and she's going to take all their advice.
"The only problem is, she really fancies the dating expert Eden Blackman!"
Although she is unlikely to find a match in Eden, as he is in a long-term relationship with his girlfriend, the show could finally led Gemma to her Prince Charming.
The star has unfortunately been rather unlucky in love over the years.
Towie fans have this week seen Gemma in floods of tears after Arg snubbed her offer of a romantic trip away to Tenerife.
Opening up her heart, GC had told her co-star: "I can't make you like me, I can't make you love me.
"But I don't know if you will find this thing with anyone else.
"You're the one person I constantly care for."
Sadly, Arg told her that the feeling wasn't mutual, leaving Gemma to head to the airport alone.
After the emotional scenes had played out on ITVBe, Gemma was inundated with supportive messages from fans.
She has since reassured viewers that she has decided to move on from Arg - and is determined to one day get married in front of the Towie cameras.

In a series of social media posts, GC said: "Guys we all have to shut the book in life 💖 just happy times 💖 reflecting on that💖 you just have to say goodbye too but just happy memories💖."
Clarifying that she has not quit the reality show, Gemma added: "💖 ps I am NOT LEAVING the show I want to get married on Towie and share it all with you x."
