Who is St Vincent aka Annie Clark, when did she date Cara Delevingne and Kristen Stewart and what are her biggest songs and albums?
ST VINCENT is an acclaimed pop star as famous for her wacky music style as she is for her string of A-list romances.
Here's what we know about the New Yorker, who went out with Cara Delevingne and has been described as "mysterious" by some of her closest collaborators...
Who is St Vincent, how old is she and what is her background?
St Vincent is a 35-year-old American musician.
She was born Annie Clark in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 28, 1982 and took on the stage name St Vincent in 2006 before recording her first album.
Her social worker mum divorced her dad when she was three and remarried a tax worker before the family moved to Dallas, Texas.
At Vincent has a large extended family of four brothers and four sisters as a result of her mother's remarriage.
She began playing guitar at the age of 12 and worked as a roadie for her uncle and aunt, jazz duo Tuck & Patti, in her teens as well as acting and playing in the school jazz band.
Then she studied music in Boston before dropping out after three years, as she opposed "school in any form" as a way to help the development of an artist.
After belonging to various groups like The Polyphonic Spree, Surfjan Steven's touring band and The Skull F***ers, she recorded her first EP in 2006 and started performing as St Vincent.
Her first album caused a stir among critics, and she was compared to Kate Bush and David Bowie.
Over her career music fans have been drawn to her eclectic mix of genres and her unusual lyrics, which St Vincent says have the quality of "panic attacks".
What is St Vincent's stage name inspired by?
The name St Vincent was chosen by Annie in 2006 and taken from a 2004 Nick Cave song called There She Goes My Beautiful World.
The song refers to the hospital where poet Dylan Thomas died, which is called St Vincent's.
Annie's great-grandmother also had the middle name St Vincent.
What are St Vincent's biggest songs and albums?
St Vincent has released five studio albums to date, the most recent being 2017's Masseducation, which has been met with acclaim by critics.
The rest are Marry Me (2007), Actor (2009), Strange Mercy (2011) and St Vincent (2014).
Her most popular singles include Prince Johnny, Birth In Reverse, Surgeon, The Party, Digital Witness and Strange Mercy.
The track New York from her latest album is about heartbreak and many have said it was written to supermodel Cara Delevingne following their 2016 split.
Is St Vincent single?
St Vincent became much more famous when she began dating British supermodel and actress Cara Delevingne, 25, in 2015.
They went out for 18 months before calling it quits in September 2016 despite declaring their love for each other in interviews and even discussing getting married.
Then Cara dated Twilight star Kristen Stewart, before they broke up in December 2016.
In October 2017 Cara triggered rumours she and Annie were back together when she came to see her perform in Dublin and they were snapped in the same car afterwards.
Cara also sang on one of the tracks off her latest album - Pills - using her "pure" singing voice, or as Annie put it, the "sonic extension of who she is".
St Vincent is a famously private person who remains remote even to those she works with for long periods.
She does not identify as a lesbian or gay and once told Rolling Stone: "I don't think about those words. I believe in gender fluidity and sexual fluidity. I don't really identify as anything...
"I think you can fall in love with anybody. I don't have anything to hide but I'd rather the emphasis be on music."
