Who is Ariane Bellamar, how old is she and what is her background?
Ariane Bellamar is a 38-year-old American actress born in Florida but raised in a small town near Toronto.
She is a former Playboy model and porn star - and was set to become one of The Real Housewives Of Toronto this year.
She claims she was fired from the reality show in 2016 before the series even started - because, she claims, the date of her cesarean section had changed.
In addition Ariane has starred on Beverly Hills Nannies and played a stripper in the comic book movie Suicide Squad, though her scenes did not make the final cut.
What has Ariane said about Jeremy Piven?
Following the accusations made against Harvey Weinstein and Kevin Spacey, Ariane took to Twitter to accuse actor Jeremy Piven of assault.
She claims he grabbed her boobs in his trailer on the set of his TV show Entourage, on which Piven plays a cheating womaniser.
On October 31 Ariane wrote: "Jeremy Piven, on two occasions, cornered me & forcefully fondled my breasts & bum. Once at the mansion & once on set."
Then, tweeting directly to Piven, she added: “‘Member when you cornered me in your trailer on the #Entourage set? ‘Member grabbing my boobies on [sic] the without asking??"
She continued: “‘Member when I tried to leave; you grabbed me by the ass, looked at yourself in the mirror, & said what a ‘beautiful couple’ we made?”.
Piven, 52, has denied doing this and said in a statement: "I unequivocally deny the appalling allegations being peddled about me.
"It did not happen. It takes a great deal of courage for victims to come forward with their histories, and my hope is that the allegations about me that didn't happen do not detract from stories that should be heard."
Later, after US TV channels CBS and HBO - who broadcast Piven-led shows - said they would investigate the claim, Ariane attacked them for not contacting her.
What has Ariane said about Jared Leto?
While working on Suicide Squad, Ariane claims American co-star Jared Leto, who played the Joker, rubbed his crotch against her as he walked past on numerous occasions.
Leto denied the claims saying there was "absolutely no truth" to them.
Following the release of the film, Ariane posted a length attack on Leto on Facebook, writing: “As disappointed as I am that my scene with #thejoker was not included in the final theatrical release, my heart truly goes out to Jared Leto, who’s devotion to his character was so obvious on set, it literally freaked me out!
“It must be devastating to watch your hard work & dedication whittled down to 15 minutes of screen time.
"With that being said, working opposite of Mr. Leto was an opportunity of a lifetime & I’m appreciative to have had the chance to learn from such an inspirational talent.”

Ariane is married to Texan businessman Tanner Slaught and has been since 2014.
She has a daughter called Emma born in 2008.
Previously Ariane's millionaire tech CEO ex Patrick Henry was found guilty of attacking her in January 2014 and received community service and a fine.
Prior to that relationship Ariane dated Barry Pettitt, a southern California real estate mogul.
