Victoria Coren Mitchell

Victoria Coren Mitchell, 44, is an English writer, presenter and professional poker player.

She writes a weekly column for The Observer and hosts the BBC television quiz show Only Connect – a role she has held since 2008.

Her father was journalist Alan Coren and her brother is journalist Giles Coren.

She is married to actor and comedian David Mitchell and they pair have a daughter, born 2015.

Liza Tarbuck

Liza, who stars in sitcom Upstart Crow with Victoria's husband David, is a 52-year-old TV actress.

She is known for shows like the Big Breakfast, League Of Gentlemen, Mount Pleasant, Watching and Extras.

Her father is the comic and entertainer Jimmy Tarbuck, now 77.

In Upstart Crow, Liza plays William Shakespeare's long-suffering wife Anne, while the playwright himself is played by Mitchell.

Andrew Marr

Completing the guest line-up is the "studiously neutral" Andrew Marr, the BBC's former political editor, now a TV presenter.

The 58-year-old dad-of-three is now known for hosting The Andrew Marr Show but he's made numerous documentaries, mostly historical in nature.

The Glasgow-born columnist had a stroke a few years ago and made a documentary called Andrew Marr: My Brain And Me, shown in February 2017.
