Nick Knowles defends his ‘womanising’ ways as he flirts with another mystery woman and tries to impress her with a magic trick in the smoking area at Pride Of Britain awards
TELLY favourite Nick Knowles DEFENDED his womanising ways - just minutes before dabbling into his bag of tricks to impress a pretty female with magic at last night's Pride of Britain awards.
The twice-divorced DIY SOS host, who has been pictured on the arm of a host of attractive women including Pascal Craymer of late, looked to have his sights set on an unknown pretty blonde at the swanky event.
Nick, 55, appeared to be flirting up a storm with the mystery woman and was spotted staring into her eyes as he held his arms outstretched.
He waggled his fingers around before lifting the cuffs of his sleeves to perform what could have been an impressive illusion as they stood outside London's Grosvenor Hotel.
The companion to the dad-of-four looked very glam in a floor length black bandeau gown which clung to her toned body and featured a pretty ruffled hemline.
Meanwhile Nick looked suave in a classic black suit and tie paired with crisp white shirt.
Earlier in the night, the rugged BBC presenter looked to be deep in conversation with another female as they found a table in the bar.
Perched on matching red chairs and with their drinks on a table, he leaned forward and gestured at his pal as he explained something.
He then wriggled a little closer, perhaps in an attempt to be heard in the loud surroundings, as they continued the conversation.
His antics came just minutes after he exclusively told The Sun Online the incessant attention from females and the frenzy surrounding his love life was "irritating."
At the event, which honours the achievements of UK community heroes, he told us: "You’re standing there and someone comes up and kisses you on the cheek and the next day you’re together.
"I don’t even know who that is. It’s a lot of weirdness.
"But it’s irritating for my family to keep seeing. But it goes with the territory."
He then seemingly took a swipe at Towie beauty Pascal after she confirmed their relationship following a string of cozy nights out - yet she was forced to back track last month.
After the emotional roller coaster she even went as far as to say the presenter was suffering a "mid life crisis"
Around the same time, Nick enjoyed dates with actress Olivia Hallinan, fantasy author Julia Suzuki and another mystery blonde.
Last night he told us: "The interesting thing is, I have never commented on anyone I’ve ever gone out with and she has – so make of that what you will."
Nick was married in the '90s and after he and his wife, with whom he had three children, separated, he met fellow TV presenter Suzi Perry and they lived together for three years.
He then met Jessica Moor in 2009, they were married in 2012 and their son Edwin was born in 2014. They separated in January 2016 but he supported her through her battle with cervical cancer which she won.
Following her recovery, Jessica decided to give their marriage a second try – but their relationship ended for good in December 2016.
The screen star turned cookbook author also enjoyed a short-lived romance with ex-Emmerdale star Gemma Outen – with the actress claiming she was dumped by text.
