DANCING On Ice is most known for two things - the grace and poise it takes to perform a stunning routine on the ice, and the times that plan fails miserably, causing us to grit our teeth at the dangerous stunts gone wrong.
Here are just some of the biggest clangers the celebrities have been put themselves through while learning their tricky routines...
Excitable TV personality Keith Chegwin revealed in 2011 he had always wanted to take part on Dancing On Ice.
Unfortunately for him, a nasty fall stopped him in his tracks on the first day alone.
After being rushed to hospital he was forced to pull out of the competition with a broken shoulder in three places and three cracked ribs.
After a year of resting up, he competed in 2012.
Olympian Beth Tweddle was nearly knocked out after trying the complicated Whirley Bird move.
Her partner looked on stunned as the pair lost balance and Beth was sent careering into the ice.
Thankfully she recovered, and went on to win the entire competition.
Dance teacher and actress Jennifer Ellison's bendy figure proved to be her undoing during her turn on Dancing on Ice.
Performing an impressive kick during the live show, Jennifer's skate blade went straight into the top of her head.
Carrying on like a pro, the star continued before she rushed off to be seen to by a medic when the routine was over.
Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter looked devastated when she managed to slice open her partner's face in the dress rehearsal of her routine to Bring Me To Life.
Bringing her legs up around Matt Evers' neck for the dangerous stunt, Jorgie slipped and sent her skate blade straight across her partner's face.
He was taken to hospital, stitched up and still performed, but it was obvious the moment left both completely shaken.
They still went ahead with the live performance of the routine, thankfully that time it went off without a hitch.
Rugby player Gareth Thomas showed off his more graceful side by taking to the ice rink for one series.
However, he was left brutally winded on the floor when he was sent flying by the slippery surface.
Thankfully, he managed to recover and was still able to perform, but didn't win the show.
Weeks of gruelling training took their toll on Samia Ghadie and she was left with a nasty injury on her ribs.
Before one performance, she was seen writhing in agony as one of her ribs "popped out" during a particularly tricky lift.
The star didn't go on to win the competition - but did end up marrying her professional partner Sylvain, so it wasn't all in vain.
90s singer Vanilla Ice proved he wasn't quite as cool for school as he originally hoped on the slippery surface.
While training in the rink, the star suffered a fall and cracked his eye on the ground as he landed.
He was taken to hospital with a concussion and needed stitches on his wound, which was bleeding heavily on the side of the rink.
