How does Celebrity First Dates work?
In this spin off show of First Dates, the celebrities get to date a non-famous person.
The non-famous person is also NOT told before the date that they will be going on a date with a celebrity.
The show then follows the same format as the regular edition.
The couple enjoy a meal together in the First Dates Restaurant, where they will talk and get to know each other over some posh nosh.
They will then decide if they will "go on and another date" at the end - this involves an awkward encounter after their date where they must decide in front of each other.
At the end of the show it is revealed what happened to the couples after the date, and if they went on to have a happy ending.

Where is the First Dates restaurant?
You’ll be pleased to know that the venue is very real and, yes, you can dine there.
The show is filmed at the very swanky in central London, next to St Paul’s Cathedral at 1 Warwick Court, Paternoster Square.
Starters are between £6 and £11, while mains are about £17 to £35.
When the restaurant’s not shut for filming you can book in to recreate your own awkward First Date if you wish.
You won't however, get to be served by the popular waiters and waitresses from the show - CiCi, Sam, Laura, Austin and Merlin all have other jobs when they are not filming for the show.
