Strictly’s Davood Ghadami believes he has ‘natural chemistry’ with Playboy babe dance partner Nadiya Bychkova
STRICTLY’s Davood Ghadami believes he has “natural chemistry” with stunning pro dancer Nadiya Bychkova.
Show bosses were accused of trying to wreck the EastEnders actor’s marriage after judge Bruno Tonioli joked the actor was going “straight to the bedroom” with the Playboy model, 28.
But Davood, 35, has now claimed he wasn’t annoyed by the comments after they’ve developed a close partnership.
He said: “We get on really well and had a laugh from day one.
“It’s all happened naturally and worked out well.
“I think it’s something we’ve been lucky enough to have and able to put into the live performances, it’s no bad thing!
“It’s not something we have had to work on particularly. We’ve been lucky enough to be given dances and songs that allow us to show that chemistry between us and the partnership. I think it’s working really well.”
The actor – best known for playing Kush Kazemi – added that his wife Isobel had become good friends with Ukrainian-born Nadiya, who posed topless for the magazine in 2015, and their two children.
Referencing Bruno’s comments after dancing a steamy quickstep earlier this month he added: “It was two people meeting at a library and getting close and ran off together.
“That was the story we were trying to tell. He was just showing his observation with that so I was fine with it.”
