The reality star, 27, shrieks as pals soak her with water in the clip - as she showed ex Stephen Bear, 27, what he's missing following their second split.
The racy video comes after Charlotte posed online in the exact same dress Yasmin Wells, 22, wore the night she cosied up to Bear in a night club.
Whoever uploaded the video added a few strategically-placed emojis, including pizza pieces, to conceal Charlotte's modesty.
Even if she's trying to provoke Stephen Charlotte has declared she has no intention of getting back with him.
On a recent night out with her co-stars, Charlotte was filmed by pal Nathan Henry ranting that she'd "never" reunite with her Just Tattoo Of Us co-host as she wiped garlic sauce from her face.
That's just as well seeing as reports now claim there was another girl Bear got with on a night out - though he and his family have hit back at accusations of "cheating".
In his own video Bear denied doing anything wrong and demanded an apology, saying: "When you break up with someone, and you're not with them, you can do what you want, where you want because it's no one's business.
"Everyone's saying I've cheated, I'm the worst person in the world blah blah blah, but the facts are we're broken up for two days, after that, I can do what I want, I'm single."
