Emily Andre reveals she and Pete will have their first EVER holiday without their children Millie and Theo this week
EMILY Andre has said she and husband Peter are about to go on holiday without their two kids for the first time ever this week.
The singer's other half, 28, has just been enjoying a getaway in Marbella with Peter's children Junior, 12, and Princess, 10, plus their own kids Amelia, three, and Theo, 11 months.
Now the doctor has said she's looking forward to the first romantic couples' holiday they've had since they became parents to Millie and Theo.
She revealed in her OK! column: "Pete and I are hoping to get away for a few days, just the two of us...
"It would be lovely to have some time together before I go back to work in a few weeks Pete's been working so much recently that I've barely seen him.
"We both think it's important to carve those niches of us time, although I do always find it hard to leave Millie and Theo.
"In fact I've never been away with out them before," she added.
Remarking on the idyllic snaps of her recent Marbella holiday, Emily added that seeing the photos "made [her] crave another trip and some sunshine" - despite fans' comments that she's never not on holiday.
Though Emily knows the importance of work, and says she feels "apprehensive" about starting at the hospital again and handing the main parenting duties of the day over to a nanny.
The star did, however, explain the decision by saying: "Buy my career is so important to me that I feel it's worth it.
"We're lucky to have a brilliant nanny who we trust implicitly... I'll also up Millie's hours at nursery which will cover my working days."
And Emily, who gave birth to Theo last November, seems very happy that Pete's big Australian tour has been postoned - because it will mean he can make his first birthday.
She did not comments on reports that Pete, 44, was forced to pull the plug due to poor ticket sales.
