Towie’s Gemma Collins in talks for her own TV show – following her dramatic Radio 1 Teen Awards fall
TOWIE’S Gemma Collins is in talks to have her own show following the explosion of her profile.
The reality star has revealed she has had offers to work on a new project and she would love her own programme.
Telly bosses are keen to cash in on her now cult following thanks to her mispronunciation of meme as “memays” as well as her dramatic fall at the weekend at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.
Before her scary incident at the ceremony, the GC, 36, told the Sun’s Bizarre column: "I would love the Gemma Collins show.
“There are a few offers on the table, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
“I would love my own show.
“I'd like to show people things like the real life of Gemma Collins.
“Like the behind the scenes, warts and all.
“But please God it will happen, I’d love it to happen.
“It’d be fabulous, it’d be glitter and feathers everywhere."
Former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Gemma fell through a massive hole at the awards ceremony when presenting Love Island with an award.
Amber Davies, Jamie Jewitt and Marcel Somerville all rushed to her aid and help her out of the trapdoor.
She later told her social media followers she was okay and it was all “worth it” as she posted a selfie with pop star Rita Ora.
The Only Way Is Essex cast member told the Sun she would love to collaborate with the former X Factor judge after hinting she would quit the show for a singing career.
She said: “Do you know what? I would love to do a collab with Rita Ora.
“I think she looks like a fun, fun girl.
"I have got a good voice, but I’m like a garage girl so if I were to bring out a record it would be for the garage market.
"My favourite garage tune is ‘I Can’t Live Without You’.”
