GEMMA Collins suffered a shock when she fell into a massive hole on stage at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.
Love Island stars Amber Davies, Jamie Jewitt and Marcel Somerville ran to help the Towie star as she suddenly dropped through a trapdoor on stage.
The Towie star quickly took to social media to confirm she was OK - and later said it was "all worth it" when she posted a selfie with Rita Ora.
Earlier today The Sun Online spoke to Gemma who couldn't hide her excitement about being part of the show.
All started off well, and Gemma beamed as she appeared on stage to present the Radio 1 Teen Award for Best TV Show.
However, when Gemma announced that Love Island had won, she was taken by surprise when Jamie, Amber and Marcel suddenly appeared through a trapdoor in the stage.
Gemma was quickly helped out by her reality co-stars and put on a brave face, despite the nasty tumble.
She grabbed and microphone and told the packed out crowd at the SSE Arena in London: “I can't believe I just fell into a hole!”
Later, during an interview with the ceremony's hosts Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw, Gemma said: “Do you know what, apart from stacking it on stage? I’m having the best time of my life!”
Marcel tweeted afterwards: “When you win best TV at the R1TeenAwards and save Gemma Collins foot and hand from being crushed.”
Gemma also posted to Instagram after her tumble, making light of the incident with her photoshopped into an ad for the National Accident helpline.
The annual event honours the UK’s unsung teenage heroes as well as the year’s best music, online, sport and entertainment stars.
Earlier this week The Duke of Cambridge and Prince Harry honoured the inspirational young people by inviting them to Kensington Palace.
William and Harry met the winners and finalists of BBC Radio 1's Teen Awards on Wednesday, along with the station's DJs Nick Grimshaw, Clara Amfo and Greg James and Hot Right Now star Rita.
Among the winners were brother and sister Holly, 15 and Oliver, 13, who were named as Teen Heroes in the mental health category for offering psychological, emotional and physical care to their mother who suffers from dissociative identity disorder.
The siblings have joined forces with their older brother to set up a charity which focuses on supporting other young carers who have a parent or guardian with mental health difficulties.
After the pair had received badges from the royal brothers Oliver said: “It was enough on its own to be special just to get the badge, but to get it from William and Prince Harry - it just tops it.”
During the Kensington Palace reception, where the four winners and seven finalists all received badges, the royal brothers praised the group for their efforts.
