Scarlett Moffatt’s boyfriend Luke Crodden dumps her on her BIRTHDAY
JUNGLE queen Scarlett Moffatt has split from boyfriend Luke Crodden after he ended their romance on her birthday.
The presenter, 27, confirmed their break-up on her Facebook page, where she told friends that it was “Luke’s choice in the end” as they no longer see each other in a romantic way.
Scarlett rekindled her relationship with the hairdresser this summer after spending some time apart – but now the pair have decided to go their separate ways for good.
There had been some speculation that the couple had ended after Scarlett recently unfollowed Luke on social media.
Fans were then convinced that they were still working through their problems after numerous interviews with Scarlett that went to print before their split had been released.
But in an emotional post shared last night, she said: “I’m gonna have to write it because I feel a bit awkward as I’ve done some interviews about him being in my book that aren’t out for a while due to timings of the magazines. But me and Luke have finished due to a number of different things.
“It was Luke’s choice in the end but it’s because we both just see each other in more of a friendly way than a romance way and we both respect and love each other enough to know we need to call it a day and not be one of those couple’s that’s off and on.

“So it’s not that I’m being a crap girlfriend and not mentioning him it’s just we are no longer together, I wish him all the luck and happiness in the world, just sometimes these things happen.
“(Happy Birthday Scarlett by the way ha).”
The couple split for the first time in February – just three months after they relocated from Newcastle to London and moved into a flat together.
During their separation Scarlett played a starring role alongside Ant & Dec on their ITV show Saturday Night Takeaway and filmed a reboot of Davina McCall’s former dating show Streetmate.
Scarlett is currently busy promoting her new book Me Life Story – Sofa, So Good! and told of how she has spoken about her ex in some of the chapters.
