Katie Price finally reveals 52 secret texts Chris Hughes sent to her on Snapchat behind girlfriend Olivia Attwood’s back – after denying he ever sent them
KATIE Price has revealed the 52 messages she claims to have received from Love Island hunk Chris Hughes – including one which he brands girlfriend Olivia Attwood “fame hungry.”
The Loose Women star, 39, showed The Sun Online the screen shots, which were sent over Snapchat, during an interview at her book launch today – weeks after Chris denied he had conversations with the model.
Katie told us she would never publish the messages on social media because she did not want to lower herself to Chris' level but warned she would make sure the reality star got his “comeuppance”.
She also revealed how she took pictures of his Snapchat messages on a different camera phone so he would not be alerted to her taking screengrabs of their conversations.
Chris publicly shamed Katie when he posted a series of “flirty” messages from her on Twitter but now the presenter has told of the reality star’s secret replies.
During an interview Katie shared the full details of the messages which she claims prove she wasn’t “bitter” or “pied off” as Chris previously alleged.
In one message Chris said that Olivia is “fame hungry” and loved publicity before confessing that he’s had a “tough time,” which prompted Katie to offer him advice.
Another text showed Chris apologising to Katie and telling her that he had “no choice” but to tweet the messages.
In one final message he calls Katie a “lovely person” and begs for forgiveness following the drama.
Despite Chris shaming Katie by publicly sharing snap shots of the messages, she was adamant she would never do the same.
Just hours after we revealed the content of Chris' messages, he lashed out and started a furious war of words with Katie.
In a rant which he posted on Twitter, he told his followers: “I couldn’t give a s**t who I offend anymore. I stand on my own and always will. I don’t need to people to get me. Katie Price you’re a piece of rotten s**t.
“I couldn’t give a f**k about you. Be a mother, be something respectful for everyone’s sake.
“I showed your true colours, you couldn’t live with it. You have 52 screenshots on Snapchat since I humiliated you? Comical.
“I’ve got my whole account history from Snapchat and media lawyer will f**k you up. No one deserves your s**t, and I ain’t one to take it. You f**k lives. You have MY number, you can see I haven’t sent you s**t. You’re washed up and you stink.”
Their ongoing feud started when Chris appeared on Loose Women as a guest – and Katie admitted that she fancied him.
She had even announced on the show prior to Chris’ arrival that she wanted him to be her “next husband.”
But Katie was quickly left mortified after the reality star claimed she had sent him flirty messages but he hadn’t bothered to reply.
Katie denied any texts were sent between them, which caused Chris to post them online.
Chris even went as far as to slam Katie’s marriage to Kieran Hayler by saying “No wonder it’s sexless, look at her.”
The row caused a physical altercation between Chris and Katie’s close pal Rylan Clark, who jumped to her defence at the Specsavers' Spectacle Wearer of the Year Awards.
HEARTBREAKING REVEAL Katie Price claims something 'really, really bad' happened to cheating husband Kieran Hayler when he was a child
He said on This Morning when talking about the incident: “With all due respect to everyone involved, I don’t care.
“It’s not my relationship. But obviously my job is to do that.”
When asked about the Love Island favourite, who has since gone on to star in his own show, Katie said: “Sometimes in life you get celebrities who are around for five minutes and they think they’re just something so special.
“But advice to those people that have that kind of fame – they only have about two and half minutes left.
“The truth always comes out and that’s all I’m saying.”
