MIC’s Louise Thompson hints she’ll marry Ryan Libbey on the show as she insists she hasn’t split from him after ’embarrassing’ break-up tweet
LOUISE Thompson has hinted she’ll marry Ryan Libbey on the show and insisted she they haven't split after her "embarrassing" break-up tweet.
The Made In Chelsea star has lifted the lid on her private life and revealed she's more loved-up than ever.
She wrote: "You learn more about someone at the end of a relationship than at the beginning. FACT."
But she has now opened up about the "embarrassing" tweet, telling The Sun Online exclusively that they are still very much together.
Louise, dating the personal trainer since 2015, told us: "That wasn’t actually do with him and I feel like such an idiot, it’s embarrassing!
"I basically read that quote somewhere and it made me really reflective about my past and it’s true, the way someone behaves when they break up really does show a lot about their character.
"I’d been talking about about the beginning of relationships on Made In Chelsea as well as there are a lot of people going through break-ups, and it’s true, at the beginning of a relationship is a con.
"You’re making them think you’re this perfect person, you’re basically an actor and then the truth comes out.
"So I basically tweeted that and I didn’t really think about it, I just thought it was a relatable thing."
Louise goes on to reveal Ryan was stunned when people started asking him if they had split.
She added: "Then Ryan is suddenly like, ‘Oh my God, everyone’s asking if we’re together and if we’re OK.’
"But no we’re fine.... He got really bummed out as he thought I wanted people to think I was single.
"I didn’t even read the articles, so I didn’t realise that people seriously thought we were over.
"But we’re all good. If that had happened I wouldn’t have tweeted that, as I’m not that person!"
Louise reveals she sees a future together with Ryan and hints there could be a Made In Chelsea wedding.
She said: "I think we will be together forever, I don’t think we will break up. We work well together, even though we do argue...
"I’m not doing a Heidi and Spencer [Pratt] and getting married on The Hills.
"But then again, I’ve said no to so many things and always ended up doing them, in fact there are so many things I said I wouldn’t do and I’ve been completely wrong, so who knows!"
Louise has been announced as the new face of global active-lifestyle brand Fabletics, which was co-founded by Kate Hudson in 2013.
Every month Louise will launch a handpicked selection of her favourite Fabletics pieces from the new collection.
