LEA Seydoux came forward with her own experience on the dark side of Hollywood - sharing her own sexual assault allegations against media mogul Harvey Weinstein.

Who is Lea Seydoux?
Lea Seydoux is a French actress who has established a prominent career in both French and American Cinema.
She was born on July 1, 1985.
The star is the second eldest of seven children, and her older sister Camille works alongside her as her stylist. Her parents divorced when Lea was young and due to their prominent status in business meant that she very rarely saw either.
She learned English by participating in American summer camps in her youth, and initially wanted to pursue a career as an opera singer before discovering a love of acting.
On top of her acting work, Lea has also established a career as a model, working with brands including Levi Jeans, American Apparel, and worked on shoots for magazines such as Vogue and W magazine.
She has one child with her boyfriend Andre Meyer, a son named Georges who was born in January 2017.
What films has Lea Seydoux starred in?
Lea first came to prominence in 2013 French indie smash hit, Blue is the Warmest Colour.
She has since starred in The Grand Budapest Hotel, Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds, James Bond film Spectre, and Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol.
In 2014, she featured as Belle in a dramatic retelling of fairy tale, Beauty and the Beast, and was nominated for the EE Rising Star Award at the Baftas.
She currently has two films due for release in 2018 – romance movie Zoe, in which she will star alongside Ewan McGregor, Theo James and Rashida Jones, and Kursk- a historical drama cover the 2000 submarine disaster of the same name.
What happened between Lea Seydoux and Harvey Weinstein?
In October 2017, Lea was one of several Hollywood stars to come forward with claims of sexual assault against producer Harvey Weinstein.
Writing an opinion piece in , the actress discussed her run-in with Weinstein, during which she explained she felt like she was being treated “like a piece of meat” during a meeting in his hotel.
She wrote: "He acted as if he were considering me for a role. But I knew that was bulls**t. I knew it, because I could see it in his eyes. He had a lecherous look. He was using his power to get sex.
"He invited me to come to his hotel room for a drink. We went up together. It was hard to say no because he's so powerful. All the girls are scared of him.
"Soon, his assistant left and it was just the two of us. That's the moment where he started losing control.
Lea continued: "We were talking on the sofa when he suddenly jumped on me and tried to kiss me. I had to defend myself. He's big and fat, so I had to be forceful to resist him."
Other actresses who have come forward with their own allegations include Cara Delevigne, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rose McGowan and Rosanna Arquette.
On the allegations, a spokesperson released the following statement to The Guardian: “Any allegations of non-consensual sex are unequivocally denied by Mr Weinstein.
“Mr Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.”
He has since revealed that he is planning on attending therapy for sex addiction.
