HE'S heir to a £300million publishing fortune and a prestigious earl title, yet life hasn't been so easy for fashion designer Dan Macmillan.
The Sussex-born creative has dated the likes of Kate Moss and Jade Jagger yet most recently suffered heartache after his former fiancée was found dead at a psychiatric hospital, here's what we know about the style guru.
Who is Dan Macmillan and how old is he?
Daniel Macmillan - or, to give him his proper title Viscount Macmillan of Ovenden - was born in Sussex in 1974.
The 42-year-old is the only son of Alexander Macmillan, and his great-grandfather was former UK Prime Minister Howard Macmillan.
He is heir apparent to an earldom, as The Earl of Stockton, and uses the secondary Viscount honour as a courtesy title.
What job does Dan Macmillan do?
After studying at the prestigious Eton College, Dan went on to hone his fashion technique at the Parsons School of Design in New York.
In 2003, he founded the high-end Zoltar brand and juggled his label with work as a model, actor and photographer.
Meanwhile he will not be entering the family publishing business after his father sold it to a German in the 1990s.

Dan was previously engaged to Ukrainian model Sasha Volkova.
Perhaps eager to play the fashion field, he is also known for dating Kate Moss and Jade Jagger - at the same time.
After his split with Sasha, Dan found love with sculptor Daisy Boyd and the pair celebrated their engagement with a lavish bash last year.
Daisy and Dan were together for three years, and could often be spotted together at top London social events.
Tragic Daisy - who was found dead in hospital in 2017 - split from heir Viscount Dan in July after the posh Old Etonian ended the relationship.
When was his former fiancee Daisy Boyd found dead?
The 28-year-old heir to the River Cafe's death whilst she was a patient at the £696-a-night Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone was discovered in October 2017.
A family friend said those close to Daisy were "devastated" by the tragic news.
"She was just 28 years old, and we are deeply pained that she has died so young. Daisy was a brilliantly vibrant and joyous person who lit up any room she entered.
"She had an infectious enthusiasm, and has been cut off in the prime of her life."
A spokesman for the £5,000- a-week clinic said: "Nightingale Hospital sends our deepest sympathies to the family, but we are not in a position to comment owing to the delicacy of the situation and out of respect to the family."
In March 2018, the coroner heard that Daisy had cocaine and a razor blade smuggled into her hospital room before she was found dead.
The inquest into Daisy Boyd's death heard she was being treated at Nightingale Hospital in central London for an eating disorder.
Her father told Westminster Coroner's Court: "She had been in possession of cocaine and a razor blade prior to this visit and she was certainly showing other patients that she had cocaine after that visit.
"When I took her out, to go to M&S or wherever, I would bring back bags and were would have them checked by nurses.
"That is what the procedure was. She was made to have her bags checked.
"I think that the fact that anybody can wander in and when you have got a patient who is supposedly being cared for is obviously using drugs, it's a major issue.
"It's a major security issue in the hospital and its one that we will be going into further."
On the day before her death she had an unknown visitor, who signed in at reception using two initials.
Lesley Galasso, compliance manager at the £696-a-night clinic said that Miss Boyd was an "informal" patient and not sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
Assistant Coroner Dr Shirley Radcliffe said: "It isn't a prison, it is a psychiatric hospital. We wouldn't know where she got the cocaine from.
"It would be helpful to see if reception should have a full name and also if there was any thought given to an element of supervision of visitors."
"We can look at that in the course of the inquest.
"It seems to me that the primary focus should be on the care and interactions that occurred during her time at the Nightingale prior to her death."
What is the Curse of the Macmillans and how does it affect Dan?
Dan's family history has been partially surrounded by a black cloud ever since his grandfather, Maurice, died early from a drinking addiction.
More tragedy followed as his uncle Joshua suffered an overdose in 1965, from which he died, as did his aunt Rachel 22 years later.
The latest tragedy of Daisy's passing came in October 2017.
