Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle could quit her role in US TV show Suits to join him in London

PRINCE Harry’s actress girlfriend Meghan Markle is in talks about her future on US TV show Suits, amid claims she plans to move to London to be with him.

In the surest sign yet the couple are preparing to get engaged, programme bosses are still to strike a deal to sign her up for the next series.

Meghan, 36, has played paralegal Rachel Zane for seven series of the hit show — filmed in Toronto, Canada — but  pals say it looks like she might not return next year.

A source told The Sun: “Meghan loved playing Rachel and feels she owes so much to Suits.

“But Harry can’t move to Toronto, so she’ll have to move eventually if they want to be together.

“Her decision to give up the biggest role of her career would mean a lot.”

Meghan has been criss-crossing the Atlantic to be with Harry, 33. Engagement speculation grew after they were seen kissing  at the Invictus Games in Toronto last week.

Ingrid Seward of Majesty magazine said: “Harry is really happy and  marriage would be the next step.

“We could get an announcement at Christmas or the start of next year.”

A spokesman for Kensington Palace declined to comment.

Suits’ makers NBCUniversal have been approached for comment.
