The 34-year-old reality star gave birth on April 12, 2018 with her family by her side in Cleveland.
US outlet TMZ also claimed that boyfriend Tristan Thompson was by her side despite recent allegations that he had cheated on her.
On April 9 the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 33, suggested her baby was due imminently after she posted on Instagram: “We are ready whenever you are little mama”.
She revealed on March 29 that she was nine months pregnant when she shared a video of herself on a treadmill and captioned it: “9 month bump stroll.”
Shortly before, on March 20, she shared her excitement at meeting her daughter, writing on her app: “I can’t wait to meet my baby girl!
“I often think about what she’ll look like and what her little personality will be like. She’ll be the perfect mix of me and Tristan—which is such a crazy thought, LOL.”
Her exact due date was unknown.
The couple has chosen an unusual name for their baby – True.
On her Instagram, Khloe wrote: “Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE.
“Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!”

The reality star confirmed her pregnancy in an Instagram post showing her growing bump on December 20, 2017.
She wrote: “My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along.
“He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life!
