Lisa Appleton pumps iron as she works out at California’s famous Muscle Beach in a plunging floral swimming costume
LISA Appleton might be on holiday in the US but she still found time for a workout.
The 49-year-old, who is famed for her love of sausages, was spotted getting hot and sweaty as she hit California's famous Muscle Beach to pump some iron.
Showing off her impressive figure, the former Big Brother star opted for a plunging floral swimming costume as she mingled with locals.
Despite being heavily made up with pink lipstick, Lisa wasted no time in getting stuck in and was seen lifting weights after having a good ol’ stretch.
Excited about her gym session Lisa, who recently splashed £7000 on her appearance, told fans: “Awesome workout today on #MuscleBeach #LosAngeles you guessed it I had an audience 'stand out in the crowd' flexin flashin ur bits 💪👊😆”
Her work out session came after she was spotted munching sausages during a visit to the Kardashians' store.
Meanwhile during her stay Stateside, Lisa has been mistaken her for the late wrestler Chyna, who passed away last year.
“Tons of people in Los Angeles mistaking me for wrestler China , lol 😂 bum bum 😝,” Lisa told her followers.
She added: “Yep I know people saying I looked so much like her and some thought I was maybe they didn't know she passed away bless her 😇😇”
Lisa recently dropped from a size 16 to a size 12 and is no doubt keen to maintain her new figure – hence the gym session.
Revealing her body transformation last month, she told Closer: “I look 20 years younger now! I look like a sexy Bond Girl and I could definitely give Sophie Anderton a run for her money!
“I’ve been feeling like a mummy walking around in bandages for the past few weeks.”

Lisa underwent four hours of cosmetic surgery over two days in June and spent weeks afterwards recovering.
“I knew surgery was something I wanted to do to help me feel better,” she said.
“I started looking at photos of myself and I didn’t like what I saw. I had a big belly and three chins."
She added: "I’d always been fit and healthy and I wanted the old me back.”
