Love Island’s Cara De La Hoyde plans to film the birth of her baby in a One Born Every Minute-style documentary and wants to be back in bikini six months after giving birth
Reality star admits she would love to educate her fans with show about her journey into motherhood
PREGNANT Cara De La Hoyde has revealed she wants to film the birth of her child in a One Born Evert Minute-style show.
The mum-to-be found fame during her time on Love Island last year, and she admitted she would be willing to have the cameras around again as she prepares for this new chapter in her life.
Cara, who is expecting her first child with her ex Nathan Massey, spoke exclusively to The Sun Online at the W7 Glow Out bash at London's Mondrian hotel on Monday.
She explained: "I love One Born Every Minute and it’s so important.
I would love to be like Kourtney Kardashian and pull my baby out. In my head, that’s what I’m going to be like at the birth."
She continued: "We would love to do our own reality show like Binky Felstead and Josh 'JP' Patterson's Born In Chelsea series.
"Me and Nathan are like the polar opposite so I think it would be quite funny to see. Just imagine trying to watch Nathan trying to change a nappy, that would be quality TV."
She joked: "I’ll definitely be on Instagram live and giving everyone a full view. Maybe Nathan will get on Snapchat as well."
While the likes of Danielle Lloyd and Cheryl have made headlines recently for regaining their post baby figure weeks after giving birth, Cara admitted she was not going to put any pressure on herself to do the same.
However, the reality star did admit she had a bit of a deadline as she wants to be looking picture perfect for her pal Olivia Buckland's hen do in June.

Cara explained: "I want to be in shape for Olivia’s wedding and for the hen do in Vegas. I will need to look good in a bikini so I've got to think about that.
"But I don’t want to put too much pressure on myself. I’m quite chilled about the whole thing. A lot of mums put too much pressure on themselves to be the perfect mum."
The star, who is seven months pregnant, admitted she she is excited to finally welcome her child into the world.
She told us: "I’m excited for the baby but you can’t ever be prepared until they give you that child. I’ve been doing pregnancy yoga and I’ve done a couple anti natal classes.
"But when I’m in labour am I really going to be thinking about what Janet in anti-natal class told me? I was going to try a hypno birth and I want a water birth but I’m also being realistic."
She added: "Things can be different when it actually comes down to it so I’m keeping my options open.
"But I would love to do a water birth and get Nathan in a pair of speedos in there with me. Him and my mum are going to be right there, right down in the action end. He keeps saying no but I’m going to try and get him to. He’s definitely going to be there.
