Kerry Katona prepares for panto by dressing up as Sleeping Beauty villain Maleficent after ex George Kay accused her of cheating on him with boyfriend James English

KERRY Katona has dressed up as Sleeping Beauty villain Maleficent ahead of her next stint in panto.
The Atomic Kitten star received rave reviews for her turn as the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella at Lincoln's New Theatre Royal last year.
But this year, the mother-of-five has decided to take on a more villainous role, playing Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty at the Middleton Arena in Greater Manchester.
Launching the panto at a photo call today, Kerry was in full costume complete with the villain's famous horns as she struck a series of menacing poses.
Wearing a purple ball gown, the 37-year-old added net sleeves and an embellished choker necklace as well as a slick of red lipstick.
As she posed for pictures with her fellow cast mates, Kerry seemed completely unfazed by the fact her ex-husband George Kay has accused her of cheating on him with current boyfriend James English.
The 37-year-old claims there was an overlap between him and Kerry’s new man – something she has vehemently denied.
Kerry went public with former rugby player James, also known as Scot James, earlier this month after splitting from George over the summer.
He said: “I think they were seeing each other while we were together.
“Yes we had our problems but towards the end of our relationship there was someone contacting her called James. He was calling and messaging her at night when we were in bed.”
George went on to claim that Kerry had been arranging to meet someone called James at an Atomic Kitten gig in Cumbria but because he ended up going, Kerry never met up with him.
He says he put ‘two and two together’ and later worked out that it is the James she is seeing now.
However when he confronted Kerry about it she denied it and her rep has since slammed claims.
They said: “The unfaithful stuff is just untrue and if he’s telling you she was meeting James behind his back or romancing him, I know categorically the date they first met because it was at a gig they met and it was after they separated, so that is a bunch of lies.”
