OLIVIA Attwood has broken her silence for the first time since her massive row with Chris Hughes to thank fans for their “kind messages”.
The Love Island star fled the country after the bust-up but she has now made a return to social media to update fans, but she’s refused to confirm they’ve split.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed the couple are on the rocks after a blazing row at at event in London last week.
They argued during the launch night for his debut single with co-star Kem Cetinay and Olivia was pictured leaving the venue in tears.
She later fled to Germany and failed to update her social media in the days after the fight.
But she has now come back to Twitter and thanked fans for their messages of support.
She wrote: “Sorry I have been so quiet, sometimes in life you just need a minute to disconnect and remember what’s important.
“But thank you so much for all your lovely comment and messages.
“I can’t replay to them all but I do see them and they feed my soul… I love you guys.”
The Sun Online revealed furious Chris launched into a rage after he spotted Olivia dancing with a group of gay male dancers.
Olivia was seen leaving alone in a cab, wiping away tears and staring at her phone and she later posted a sad-looking selfie.
Chris left The Ministry Of Sound half an hour later, posing for pictures with fans and drinking from a bottle of beer.
Asked by fans why he wasn’t with girlfriend Olivia, he ignored the question and carried on posing for selfies.
Olivia later posted an emotional text conversation she’d been having with her brother Max at 4.21am.
She also tweeted, then deleted, a cryptic statement, saying: “And sometimes you can do everything in your power to make something work, and it’s still not enough.”
The blonde beauty was forced to fly abroad to get away from him after becoming disturbed by his rage towards her.
They are now “reevaluating their future together” after having a huge row at Chris and Kem’s first performance of their new single single Little Bit Leave It last week.
While their relationship isn’t fully over, we can reveal Olivia has decided to jet away to put distance between them and go somewhere that he can’t contact her.
She hasn’t spoken to Chris or her pals in days after the row.
A pal of Olivia’s exclusively told us: “Chris asked Olivia to come to Ministry of Sound rather than work a job she’d been offered.
“She went to support him and looked like she was having a great night hanging out with Amber [Davies], her mates and Chris’s family.
“But Chris flipped and flew into a jealous rage when he saw Olivia dancing with Amber’s gay dancer friends.”
The friend continued: “Amber was doing the same and Kem wasn’t fussed in the slightest, they were her gay mates.
“But Chris was so furious he had to be held back by security.”
Olivia’s pal added that Chris is “obsessed” with her and “hates” seeing her “anywhere near other guys”.
The insider added: “Onlookers at the club were horrified at his behaviour, it was a very different guy from the one they’d seen on TV.”
“Olivia loves Chris but she seemed horrified by his flip out; and they have far bigger things to face than Chris’ jealousy over her dancing with a gay guy.
“She was so upset she left the club alone while security held Chris back and she has fled abroad.”
The revelation comes after Chris and Kem told how they can’t text each other about their relationships because Olivia and Amber “check their phones”.
The pair, who met on this year’s Love Island and finished third – behind winners Amber and Kem – have a famously rocky relationship.
They previously split up when Olivia was pictured cuddling up to her footballer ex-boyfriend Bradley Dack on a night out – only for Chris to take her back a day later.
They also had a row at a mate’s wedding – all captured on social media.
But recently, Chris has been talking about getting engaged to Olivia – and moving in with her too.
