Chloe Green keeps her left hand firmly hidden on shopping trip with ‘hot felon’ Jeremy Meeks after rumoured engagement

CHLOE Green makes sure to keep her left hand hidden as she hits the shops with rumoured fiance and "hot felon", Jeremy Meeks - possibly to keep a sparkler concealed.

The British Topshop heires , 26, strolled hand-in-hand with her American ex-jailbird boyfriend -who she's been romancing since May when they met in Cannes - but kept one hand out of sight.

And despite the West Hollywood heat, Chloe kept her left hand hidden inside a cardigan sleeve.

To make the hand-hiding even more watertight, a pal who was joining them for the shopping trip walked on Chloe's left side between her and photographers.

But when Chloe reached to pull back her hair, a quick flash of something large and sparkly on her wedding finger was seen for a split second.

However, tattooed Jeremy is still legally married to ex Melissa, and a rep denied the couple are engaged at the end of August despite Chloe posting pics of a huge diamond ring on her finger at the time.

Chloe, who is set to inherit her dad Sir Philip Green's £3.8billion Arcadia fortune, has been mocked online for dating 33-year-old Jeremy.

Now a model, he originally became an online meme when his hunky mugshot was posted on Facebook by cops, leading to the nickname "world's hottest felon".

In the past four months he's been on many holidays with Chloe, a former guest star of Made In Chelsea, and has also procured modelling work with Topman through her.

Meanwhile the pair have raised the bar for online PDAs through their romantic couple selfies on Instagram.

On September Chloe called Jeremy "my everything" in a caption on a snap showing them both in a bar on hols - with a bag strategically placed to hide her ring finger.

Why she would be hiding a possible engagement with Meeks is unclear but her father is yet to endorse the relationship, refusing to comment on it when asked.

One person who definitely disapproves of the romance is Jeremy's ex and mother of his child, who said in an interview: "I wiped tears from the same people that caused mine. Picked up people that tried to knock me down. "Did favours for those who couldn't do s*** for me. Been there for the ones that left me. Crazy? Maybe."
