Jeff Brazier shares adorable photos of sons Freddie and Bobby on family holiday with his girlfriend of eight years Kate Dwyer
JEFF Brazier recently took some time out from his busy schedule to enjoy a leisurely staycation in the Lake District.
The 38-year-old and his sons Bobby, 14, and Freddie, 13, were joined by his girlfriend of eight years Kate Dwyer for the family trip.
Jeff - who fathered his children with the late Jade Goody - and his brood took a trip to the Old Corn Mill on behalf of Tripadvisor rentals.
Pictures from the trip see the group taking walks in the idyllic area as they enjoyed a stay at the 18th century corn mill.
Of the trip, Jeff said: "We had a fantastic family getaway to the Lake District with TripAdvisor Rentals, which was the perfect end to the summer.
"The unique Old Corn Mill where we stayed was the ultimate family holiday home featuring incredible original features including a huge waterwheel surrounded by beautiful gardens located right in the heart of the Lake District."
He continued: "The boys loved getting back to nature climbing trees, zip-lining and rowing, and we also spent loads of time out in the fresh air on long family walks enjoying amazing views over the lakes.
"Escaping our day to day life and spending time together as a family was so relaxing, and the Old Corn Mill was the perfect setting and base for our trip."
Meanwhile Jeff recently shared a gushing post about his son Freddie as the teen celebrated his 13th birthday.
Jeff wrote: "Happy 13th Birthday to the kindest soul I know. Proud to say he's mine."
While Bobby also got a loving message from his dad just a few days before as he collected a football trophy in an adorable video posted by Jeff.
Jeff was every inch the proud dad as he watched his eldest son line-up with his team to be given a trophy.
Jeff has been raising his and Jade's two sons on his own since the reality star died off cervical cancer in 2009.
He captioned the clip: "My baby collecting his well earned trophy today. Solid at the back. 👊🏻"
His followers shared their well wishes under the clip with one writing: "Well done Bobby, mama is always watching, she will be so proud of all three of you. Well done @Jeffbrazier you've raised two diamonds there mate. Xx".
Another added: "Well done bobby, such a big achievement for his football team".
Jeff, who is a former professional footballer, now works as a grief councillor and has written a book called The grief Survival Guide.
He recently revealed that his sons' favourite memory of their mum is when she put out a fire during a family holiday.
"They were in Trinidad and Tobago and somehow she put out a fire. They recall it very fondly how Mummy was very quick to react to the fact that something was on fire and that she put it out."
He continued: "They were young and very impressionable at the time and just thought that was the most incredible thing. They thought "Wow, my Mum's a lifesaver, she's a firefighter!
"That's a wonderful memory. That's probably their most valued memory. I'm gonna take them there one day and it will feel special because it was a place that's very special to their Mum."
Jeff recently revealed that he's got a secret locked drawer of Jade memorabilia that isn't suitable for his sons just yet.
Speaking to Woman's Own, Jeff revealed he and the boys make an effort to remember Jade all the time.
The dad-of-two, who recently revealed he's planned on proposing to his girlfriend of three years Kate Dwyer, said the boys "miss their mum most when things aren't going well for them".
"That's the gut-wrenching thing about bereavement. It's just an indisputable fact that their lives would be so much better if Jade was here," he continued.
"We have Mum's Day once a month, where we do a big activity and dedicate it to Jade.
"It's my job to keep their account of memories of their mum topped up.
"Not all the stories about Jade are suitable - some magazines are in a drawer that will be available to them as adults if they should wish to view them."
Jeff retrained as a life coach following Jade's death and regularly appears on television to help others.
