MEL B appeared downcast as she finished a long day in court where she came face to face with her ex Stephen Belafonte.
Since the pair split in December last year, Mel and Stephen have thrown numerous shocking allegations at each other.
Although the former Spice Girl appeared to be in good spirits when she arrived with her lawyers and psychiatrist to the court in Los Angeles, she looked worn out afterwards.
Mel has kept a dignified restraint following the claims made against her and appears confident the “truth” will come out.
Earlier this week, she posted a note on Instagram today that read: “The truth always comes out in the end, no matter how hard anyone tries to hide it or stop it.
“Lies are just a temporary delay to the inevitable.”
According to the , a 22-year-old student received a message from Mel’s hairdresser and close friend Gary Manatyan on Instagram last week.
It claims the message read: “Hi. Please let me know what number Mel B can contact you. This is Gary her friend. She ask me to contact you.”
The student then reportedly replied: “I have no contact with him [Stephen Belafonte] anymore so I am out of the situation totally, so u can tell her that if she want to contact me she can write me on Instagram.”
But then during the night she claims she received a call from a Beverly Hills number which she didn’t answer.
She said: “I was woke up by a call, it was 3am, and the number was from the US and straight after that Gary was writing me again on Instagram, he gave me his number and said Mel wants to talk to me.
“I thought the call I received had come from Stephen so I called it back and it was Mel.

“She said, ‘Your sex tape is already out there and your name is already out there, and you have to be in court in about two or three weeks – and my lawyers can help you, and I can pay for a trip.’”
The student said she told the star that would not be possible as she had to study and she didn’t want to be involved in the situation, but she claimed Mel wouldn’t take no for an answer.
She continued: “But she said, ‘No you have to, it’s like in the law, if the court is calling you have to go there.’”
also claimed the student is not on any witness list submitted to court as part of the couple’s domestic violence abuse case and she has not been subpoenaed to give evidence.
She also does not appear in any of the videos Stephen’s legal team as submitted as evidence.
