Mary Berry set to front another BBC cookery show to rival Great British Bake Off
MARY Berry has revealed she will front yet another show with the BBC to rival the Great British Bake Off .
It comes as the Beeb scrambles to find a replacement for the popular Love Productions Bake Off format, the most-watched TV show of 2016 after its £75million move to Channel 4.
Veteran telly chef Mary, 82, said: “The BBC said to me: ‘You’re not going’. We are doing something new together.
"But it’s not out there, we will be doing something soon.”
The show is believed to be called Classic Mary Berry — and will feature the star cooking in her own home.
The announcement comes days after we revealed that new Bake Off host Noel Fielding can't even make cheese on toast.
